Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U Victorious Tyrans Rouge Outaouais Thanks to Fourth Inning Boost

Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U put up six runs in the fourth on its way to a 9-2 victory over Tyrans Rouge Outaouais on Sunday. The offensive onslaught came from singles by Zachary Hebert and Elie Bouthillier, a walk by Oskar Vergara, and a double by George Makridis.


Tyrans Rouge Outaouais fired up the offense in the first inning, when an error scored one run for Tyrans Rouge Outaouais.


Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U pulled away for good with six runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Makridis doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs, Vergara drew a walk, scoring one run, Hebert singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run, and Bouthillier singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.


Alex Buckles led things off on the pitcher's mound for Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U. The fireballer allowed three hits and two runs over three innings.


Zachary Patry led things off on the hill for Tyrans Rouge Outaouais. The bulldog allowed five hits and three runs over three and a third innings, striking out one and walking one. Félix Demers and Noah Patry entered the game as relief, throwing two innings and two-thirds of an inning respectively.


Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U racked up 12 hits in the game. Buckles, Zachary Swiderski, Hebert, and Makridis each had multiple hits for Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U. Buckles went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Lac St-Louis Tigers Bleu 15U in hits.


Benjamin Otis led Tyrans Rouge Outaouais with two hits in three at bats.
